Winter is just around the corner. So is the season of giving. Allow us to present Winterfest 2024, a fitness challenge that runs from December 2 through December 27. Bundle up on a run or walk with your family or running buddy. It’s a feel-good virtual challenge that benefits the Sacramento Salvation Army. You can crush these challenges indoors or outdoors. We’ll share a holiday playlist so you can jam the whole way.

Much like an Advent calendar, each day you will have a new challenge or goal to complete to keep you active during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The challenges are only suggestions.  Don’t stress; only do as many as you want to do.
